Meetings and Conferences
 Beyond the main dining room,
HESS is a corporate meeting facility. More than 100 organizations choose HESS to hold their
monthly meetings. Our nine rooms can accommodate an intimate setting of 10 or our largest room;
the Texas Ballroom can seat up to 300. For organizations that meet here monthly there is a Society
Seated Menu available at a reduced price. No room charges are assessed when the Conference Package
is purchased or there is a Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner served from certain noted menus. Bartender
Service is also available upon request.
Many types of Audio Visual Equipment including a LCD Projector, and laptop computer are available for rental. It is our desire to continue to work with these organizations as we provide outstanding food and service, and insure that every meeting continues to be enjoyable and successful. |
